Possess good command and dispatch coordination ability, careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, professional dedication and innovation. Those who have engaged in infrastructure construction and production organization are preferred. Those with deep well mining experience or years of construction experience and familiarity with well engineering budget are preferred.
